Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may:

Enterprise service level agreements (SLAs) are defined in separate contracts.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ecoheart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Ecoheart harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these terms or misuse of our services.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to our platform, users, or third parties.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Washington State.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through our website or direct notification. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
