Jill Courtenay is Director of Strategic Partnerships and Sustainability Initiatives at Ecoheart, bringing over 18 years of experience in strategic partnering, communications, and project management for data-driven and sustainable technologies.

As founder of Mason-Rich & Associates, Inc. (2008-Present), Jill has created and managed a strategic partnering and communications company focused on data-driven and sustainable technologies. She has managed projects and executed long-term growth strategies for U.S. and international companies and organizations, with a focus and passion for enterprise-wide initiatives with groundbreaking social and environmental impact.

From 2018-2024, Jill served as Director of Communications & Project Management at As You Sow, a leading social impact nonprofit that works directly with corporate executives from S&P 500 to Russell 3000 companies to develop business policies and practices that reduce risk to investors and everyday shareholders. In this role, she built a high-performing team, reported to the CEO, and expanded and managed the Communications department.

Most recently, as Director of Publications & Analytics at As You Sow (July-December 2024), Jill managed and measured the success of a portfolio of projects including 8-10 original data studies and scorecards. She led the collection and reporting of cross-organizational analytics and spearheaded the practice of designing data visualizations for every major project, turning data into actionable information.

Jill partners with select businesses to scale impact, communications, and strategy, focusing on conscious leadership, systems change, and innovation. Her approach is data-inspired and humanity-driven, with a commitment to investing values. Being global, great teams, and innovative thinking are her driving forces, and she focuses on sustainable and enterprise-wide initiatives that are large-scale social impact projects.

Jill holds an International Masters in Business (I-MBA) and an Advanced Certification in Data Visualization. Her work demonstrates a unique ability to bridge strategic partnerships, data-driven insights, and sustainability initiatives to create meaningful impact.
