Jerid Stévenot (He/His & They/Their) is a Business Analyst & Community Innovation Specialist at Ecoheart, bringing over 12 years of global experience in healthcare strategy, community engagement, and systems innovation. Their career spanned working with major institutions including Seattle Children's Hospital, Yale–New Haven Hospital, British Columbia Government, University of Michigan, Alberta Health Services, and the University of Washington. They led programs improving access, reducing wait times, and supporting initiatives that have reached communities across North America, India, and South Africa.
A trained Occupational Therapist & Scientist and Executive Masters of Health Administration candidate at the University of Washington, Jerid blends data analysis, operational insight, and human-centered design to solve complex system challenges. They are also an advisor on adaptive and AI-enabled technology projects and mentored more than 50 interdisciplinary students and professionals in engineering, human centered design, healthcare and public health. Additionally, Jerid supported community research teams shaping healthcare policy and health equity through citizen science and values-based strategies.
Through their consulting firm, Valores Consulting LLC, Jerid has collaborated with Tribal Nations, public agencies, academic partners, and global organizations to co-create programs grounded in cultural safety, sovereign respect, and long-term impact. Their approach is rooted in operational empathy - designing systems that reflect the realities of the people they serve and making data understandable and meaningful for the communities most affected.
