ChaiJen To is a seasoned data and engineering leader bringing over a decade of experience delivering enterprise-scale data analytics, machine learning platforms, and cloud-based infrastructure solutions. Known for driving innovation through metadata-driven pipelines and automation frameworks, he transforms data management into a strategic asset.

ChaiJen has led high-impact programs across security, CRM, retail banking, and cloud infrastructure, managing petabyte-scale systems and global teams. He serves as VP of Operations on the Board for DAMA International's Puget Sound Chapter in Seattle, Washington.

His selected accomplishments include developing BPM, Insights, and ML Automation frameworks that provided unprecedented transparency, quality, and turnaround time via metadata-driven generic data pipelines. He designed integrated 360° views, audit trails, real-time data lineage/catalog, conditional detour/cost-based orchestration, and point-in-time playback.

ChaiJen has evangelized and led data solutions on Cloud Infrastructure and high-profile security programs including Microsoft Digital Crime Unit (DCU), network security, customer care, Dynamics CRM, Salesforce, and retail banking. He has worked on petabyte-size systems that allowed feeds from millions of devices, processing 10+ TBs and billions of rows daily.

His expertise spans data management, governance, and quality, creating master data and improving data quality through frameworks like the Universal Data Model (ARTS). He has streamlined processes, enhanced data integrity, and automated policies (Retention, Security, PII, PCI) to improve transparency and bottom-line results.
